Tia is a communication professional with years of experience in developing and implementing communication strategies for projects across diverse fields, specializing in human rights, arts, and inclusive development. Her friendship with Fira, an advocate of refugee rights, inspired her to learn more about refugee issues and create INCLINES for refugees.

Shaffira Gayatri
ADVISOR
Fira is a development professional & former researcher specializing in conflict transformation, gender equality and social inclusion, refugee empowerment, and community development. In 2015, she spent three weeks volunteering in a refugee camp in Calais, which changed her life and has motivated her to champion refugee rights in Indonesia and, hopefully, abroad.
